Who receives your request
Oshkosh Clean is operated for cleaning inquiries handled by A&G Cleaning Services LLC. Your request goes to A&G so we can discuss the work, provide a quote, and arrange service if you choose to proceed. We do not sell your request or distribute it to a directory of cleaning companies.
What we collect
The quote form asks for your name, phone number, property ZIP code, and requested service. You can also provide an email address, property size, condition, preferred date, and notes. Please leave out payment details, door codes, medical information, and other sensitive information; access arrangements can be discussed directly.
How we use it
We use the details to assess your request, contact you about it, and keep a record of the inquiry. Submitting the form allows A&G to respond about that request; it does not subscribe you to a marketing list or automatically book a cleaning.
Website and email providers
We use OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for website hosting and storage, and Resend to deliver quote-notification emails to A&G. These providers process information needed to run those services. Our email provider also holds the notification in our business inbox.
Security and technical information
Hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser information, and request logs to operate and protect the website. The form uses short-lived security records to limit repeated submissions. We do not currently add advertising trackers or advertising cookies to the website.
Storage and requests to remove information
Quote requests are stored in our website records and business email. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule for quote requests. Contact us to ask for access, a correction, or deletion. We may need to confirm your identity before handling a request, and will explain if related records need to be retained.
